Henselstone Services LLC Provides After-Sales-Service to our Customers

Our after sales maintenance program is proof of our commitment to support our products and work for the long run. Every customer can conclude a Henselstone Preventive Maintenance contract. As part of this contract we perform annual preventive maintenance, such as lubrication of hardware and locking mechanisms, adjustment, replacement of worn parts, and UV treatment of exterior surfaces. Our customers receive a 24 hour, 7 days a week emergency service. We will respond immediately in case of a broken glass, fire damage, forced entry damage and the like. The service contract also includes waiver of trip charges, reduced labor rates, and extended warranties. With over half of our customers enrolled in this program and hundreds of finished projects in twenty-two states and three countries, Henselstone is the only manufacturer, distributor, and installer with such service capabilities.
